Today is the day my family gets in to Singapore. They will be spending Chinese New Year with me. The last time my mother was with me for Chinese New Year was 14 years ago, and it's been 9 years since my godsister was last here for the holiday. It will be the first time the rest have experienced the Spring Festival.
