There is only 1 piece of each lamp, hand-painted and unique. The manufacturer said he can help with rewiring the lamps, if they need to be shipped to Japan or the US, so that they will work in those countries. Everywhere else, it is just a matter of having an adapter, or changing the plug if preferred.
