📝 How It Works

1. Fill Out the Custom Order Request Form
   • Tell us what you’re looking for! Include size, colors, materials, or inspiration images if you have any.
   • Be as specific as you’d like — the more detail, the better!
2. We’ll Review & Quote
   • Once we receive your request, we’ll get back to you within 2–3 business days with:
     • A price quote
     • Estimated time to complete your item
     • Any clarifying questions we might have
3. Approval & Payment
   • Once you’re happy with the details, we’ll send a payment link.
   • Custom orders must be paid in full before we begin crafting your piece.
4. Production Time
   • Custom orders usually take 5–10 business days, depending on complexity and material availability.
   • We’ll keep you updated throughout the process with progress photos if you’d like!
5. Shipping or Collection
   • You’ll receive tracking info once your item ships.
   • Pickup may be available depending on location.
