🛍️ 1. What kind of products do you sell?

We offer a wide variety of handmade and custom-crafted items including home décor, unique gifts, artwork, sewn goods, and creative stationery. Each piece is made with love by our family of crafters.

🚚 2. How do you handle shipping?

We currently offer Store-Based Shipping to ensure fair rates depending on the size and weight of each item.

• Small items (like cards, bookmarks): Flat rate from R60.
• Medium items (like wall art, soft goods): R90–R120.
• Large or bulky items (like framed art, woodwork): Calculated at checkout or quoted separately.
• Local pickup or PUDO lockers may be available upon request.

📦 We ship across South Africa and will provide tracking on all parcels.

🕒 3. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days. Delivery may take 2–7 days depending on the courier and your location.

• Custom items may take an extra few days to prepare.
• You’ll receive an email or WhatsApp update once your parcel is on its way.

💸 4. Are there any extra taxes or fees?

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. There are no extra taxes unless specified for bulk or wholesale orders.

🔄 5. What is your refund and returns policy?

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your item.
• Items must be unused and in original condition.
• Refunds are issued once the item is returned.
• Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our side.

🎨 Custom or personalized items cannot be returned, unless damaged.

🧾 6. What if my item is damaged in transit?

We carefully package all orders, but if something arrives damaged:

• Please email us with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
• We’ll either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on stock and nature of the damage.

✨ 7. Can I order a custom product?

Yes! We love custom projects. Please send us a message or use the “Custom Order” page to tell us what you have in mind.

• We’ll provide a quote and timeline.
• Custom orders must be paid in full before work begins.

📦 8. Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?

We can accommodate small batch orders for shops or events. Contact us with your request and we’ll be happy to assist!

✏️ SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Information
We currently ship anywhere in South Africa. Orders are processed within 2–3 working days and shipped via local couriers.

• Standard Shipping (R60): For small handmade goods.
• Bulky Product Shipping (R120): For large items like framed work or big decor pieces.
• Free shipping is automatically applied for orders over R800.
• We currently do not offer international shipping, but we hope to expand in the future.
